BeamoteAV receiver remote apps
Most networked AV receivers can be controlled from a phone on the same Wi-Fi: power, volume, input and sound mode. Turn on the receiver's Network Standby setting and you can even switch it on from the phone.

The catch is one app per device. To watch a movie you turn on the projector in one app, switch the receiver's input in another, and change the volume in that one again.
Receivers in Beamote
Beamote supports XGIMI projectors and Google TV today. AV receivers come next:
- Denon/Marantz, Yamaha, Onkyo/Pioneer: power, volume, mute, input, sound mode
- In the same app as your projector and TV
- After that: scenes. One "Movie" button turns on the projector and receiver and sets the input; volume goes to the receiver automatically
